Three collections · Fourteen wines
Kars, Zakaré and our fruit wines offer three expressions of Vayk Winery—from indigenous Armenian grape varieties to wines made from fruits long cultivated in the region.
Indigenous varieties
Areni Noir is an indigenous Armenian red grape closely associated with Vayots Dzor. It is known for bright red fruit, natural acidity, fine tannins and an elegant structure.
Voskehat is one of Armenia’s principal indigenous white grapes, producing floral, textured wines with orchard-fruit character and vivid acidity.
Named for the historic Armenian city of Kars, the flagship collection offers a more measured interpretation of Areni Noir and Voskehat. Selected wines mature in oak, gaining depth and texture while retaining freshness and varietal character.
Named for the medieval Armenian Zakarian dynasty, Zakaré presents Armenian varieties in vibrant, contemporary wines. Red, white and rosé styles are made for the table—clear in character, generous in fruit and easy to share.
Led by two expressions of Armenian pomegranate, the Fruit Wine collection also explores apricot, cherry, blackberry, and quince in fragrant, balanced styles made for the table.
